HR Specialist - Human Resources & Recruitment

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to employees.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitating employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and handling HR-related inquiries.
• Collaborating with department heads to address any HR-related issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and human resources management.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
