📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and providing a smooth transition into the company.
• Manage payroll processing using PayFit, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Support the HR team in organizing and participating in training sessions and workshops for employees.
