Logistics Coordinator - Warehouse & Inventory Management

Join a dynamic logistics team in Tangerang, Banten as a Logistics Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely reporting. This contract position offers a competitive salary of Rp 3,500,000 - Rp 5,000,000 per bulan.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing timely reports to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and logistics metrics.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
• Monitor and manage warehouse space utilization to optimize storage efficiency.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to identify and implement process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software such as WMS, TMS, or similar.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
