• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling the needs of our esteemed guests.
• Manage and coordinate special requests and arrangements, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring all logistics are handled with precision.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
• Use advanced hotel management software to track guest preferences and service requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure immaculate room conditions for our guests.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on local attractions, dining options, and cultural events to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and personalized experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel management software, such as Opera, is a plus.
• Passion for luxury and attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence.
