📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all import-export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and report on trade performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Stay updated with international trade regulations and customs procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage trade finance and payment terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide regular updates to the management on the status of import-export operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade and import-export operations.
• Strong knowledge of trade regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with trade software and systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
