📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons tailored to the needs of individual students
• Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback to support their language learning journey
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new teaching methods and resources
• Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials
• Conduct regular assessments and exams to evaluate student performance
• Provide cultural insights and context to enhance students' understanding of Mandarin and Chinese culture
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 6 or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin or a related language
• Experience with teaching students of all ages and proficiency levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their language learning goals
• Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom)
