In this role, you’ll design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that align with Finnish Pedagogy principles. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community partners to create a supportive and enriching environment for children aged 2-6 years. With a focus on play-based learning and social-emotional development, you’ll witness the transformative power of early childhood education firsthand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that align with Finnish Pedagogy principles
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2-6 years
• Collaborate with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community partners
• Document children’s progress and development using our in-house Early Years Observation System
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and individuality
• Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and school

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably with a focus on Finnish Pedagogy
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Protection) is a plus
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for fostering a love of learning and nurturing the whole child
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
