As an Advanced Associate Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of production equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Optimize equipment settings to improve production efficiency and yield.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement process improvements and new technologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide technical support to production teams and address their equipment-related concerns.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in using equipment-specific software and tools, such as SECS/GEM, TEL, and EDA.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Certification in semiconductor equipment maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
