🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on financial services.
• Proven track record of leading complex data projects and driving strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in data architecture, data modelling, and data governance.
• Proficiency in tools like Snowflake, Tableau, and Python.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
