📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive client acquisition and market expansion.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Support the sales team in managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM systems to track and manage sales leads and opportunities.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, presentations, and other business development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the business development department, including data entry and report generation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about business development and eager to learn and grow in the field.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
