📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and transactions.,Assist in the organization and management of inventory and supplies.,Provide support during peak periods to ensure that all customer needs are met.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure they are up to speed and ready to contribute.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good time management and organizational skills.
