📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and implementation of community development programs.,Conduct community assessments to identify needs and challenges.,Coordinate with local stakeholders to mobilize resources and support.,Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and training sessions.,Monitor program progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.,Provide social welfare services and support to community members.,Advocate for community rights and needs at local and national levels.,Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social welfare or community development.,Strong understanding of social welfare policies and programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel to various locations within the province.
