Byte City Ekspansindo is looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and special requests.,Assist with front desk operations, such as processing reservations, handling payments, and issuing receipts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and event planning.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly, working to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.,Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage guest records and maintain accurate documentation.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, such as PMS (Property Management System).,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
