In this remote position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services and drive sales.,Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a remote or B2B sales environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
