📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to maximize visibility.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
