In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of tax professionals, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and optimizing tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective and efficient handling of tax-related tasks.,Develop and implement tax strategies and plans to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and guidance to the team to ensure compliance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information for tax purposes.,Monitor and report on tax-related expenses and deductions, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and consultants, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax-related issues.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
