📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and internal teams.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our talent acquisition processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
