📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy,Lead and mentor junior HR staff,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
