Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.,Maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and specifications.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and address food quality issues promptly.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent required.
