📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the internal audit team, ensuring they adhere to audit standards and procedures.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems.,Identify risks and opportunities for improvement within the organization.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in financial auditing.,Certification in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and risk management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and management.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
