📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily data entry operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor and review data quality to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols to streamline operations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software as needed.,Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and data management roles.,Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of data entry staff.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and database management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and mentor team members.,High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.,Familiarity with data security and confidentiality protocols.
