📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the organization.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
