📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-organized store.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and issues.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or management role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
