As a Japanese-Speaking Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies and maintain a high level of financial accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP and other financial software.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices to suppliers with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams in both English and Japanese.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.
• Support the finance department in achieving its financial goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP or other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Certification in Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher) is a plus.
