📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Support the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Participate in regular system backups and disaster recovery exercises.
• Document IT processes and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our virtualization environment using VMware.
• Work with the IT team to ensure our network infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Support the IT team in the deployment and management of our cloud services.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, providing support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations, including servers, networks, and storage.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware.
• Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.
