Hokian Hendra Digital is seeking a dedicated and professional Teller to join our team in Ubud. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with a mix of office and remote work. As a Teller, you will be the frontline representative of our bank, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and has a passion for banking.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the teller area.,Follow all banking regulations and security protocols.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and remote work.
