📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
