Jaya Gilang Bakery is looking for a dedicated General Affairs professional to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our bakery, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery premises.,Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery.,Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff.,Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from customers or staff.,Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.,Assist in organizing and participating in team meetings and events.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food service industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance procedures.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Knowledge of basic computer skills is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
