📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Lead and mentor a team of staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support branch operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of branch activities.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools for data analysis.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
