📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and recommendations to customers.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in the sales system.,Assist in stock management by ensuring that products are properly displayed and stock levels are accurate.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing exceptional customer service and sales assistance.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in retail sales.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of retail sales processes and procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with sales software and systems.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
