PULSE Ekspansindo is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Samarinda. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills are required.
