📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from guests and potential guests.,Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle any billing issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.,Assist with front desk operations, including room assignments, housekeeping requests, and special requests.,Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and special events to guests.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hospitality systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
