📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our RPO portfolio, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service and talent solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and develop tailored recruitment strategies that drive results.
• Manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, and continuously improve our RPO processes to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service to our clients.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other RPO tools to streamline our recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and share your knowledge and expertise with the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our services and that we are meeting their business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that we are aligned and working towards common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in managing RPO accounts.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of RPO clients, and to drive results and revenue.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other RPO tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to overcome challenges and drive success.
